CRM
CRM is the service for working with your customers: who they are, what they have been promised, and what has already been done. Everything is built around the client card: tasks, deals, documents, money, and correspondence are all linked to it.
The blue side menu of the service has four sections.
Clients
Your database of customers, partners, suppliers, and competitors. The client card, company details, work history, and automatic actions. The client's contact persons live here too, on the Contacts tab.
Tasks
The to-do list of the company, a department, or an employee: deadlines, assignees, checklists, and reminders.
Deals
Customer orders with their own amount, stages, and funnel. Invoices and other documents are issued from a deal.
Activity log
Employee actions over a period: who called, wrote, assigned tasks, and closed deals. What you see in the log depends on your access rights level.
Where to start
Create your first client and assign a task for it. That is enough to get a feel for how the service works. Then connect your email: correspondence with the client will start collecting in their card on its own.
Warning
A service pinned to the side menu of another application through More is a showcase, not the whole service: only Dashboard and List are available there. The other sections open in the full version: for Documents that is Sales, for Finance it is Plan vs. Actual and Budget.
Need the whole service? Go to the application itself through the icon in the upper left corner. The database is shared, nothing needs to be transferred. What each application includes is listed in the table What is inside each application.
