Elastic search by client name, contact person, phone, email, and Tax ID, plus additional search parameters and conditions.

Note

By default, the system searches the same set of fields everywhere:

  • company name;
  • Tax ID;
  • phone;
  • contact person's full name;
  • email.

Each WorkZeal microservice adds its own search parameters to these.

Search conditions

Contains is for when the exact spelling is unknown or you are not sure it was entered exactly that way. It is enough to enter part of a word or its root.

Equals cuts out everything extra and finds exactly what you typed in the search box.

For example, you are looking for "Marketing Director". With the Equals condition, the system will not show "Sales Director", "Director", "Purchasing Director", and so on.
