AI solutions
WorkZeal has three AI teammates: Lucy works with your texts, Helper answers your customers in chat, and Insider finds new clients on its own and adds them to the CRM. Helper is currently in development, but you can already see it in action: we named our own Helper Zeela, and she answers WorkZeal users from this help center. You will be able to give your own Helper a name too. For external AI tools, there is an MCP server.

Who is who
| Name | Who it is | Who it works for | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lucy | Assistant | For you and your employees | Translates, improves text, searches the internet for information |
| Helper — coming soon | Assistant, AI + RAG | For your customers | Answers questions about your products and services in chat, strictly from your knowledge base. You give it a name; our Helper is Zeela |
| Insider | Agent | For the sales department | On a schedule, searches for companies that match your customer profile and adds them to the CRM |
Assistant and agent: what is the difference
An assistant works on request: you or your customer asks a question, and it answers. Lucy and Helper are assistants.
An agent works on its own: on a schedule, it runs a saved scenario, searches, checks, selects, and writes the result to the system. A human is not involved at every step, but every step is visible in the log. Insider is an agent.
What AI + RAG is
A regular language model answers "from memory" and can make a mistake or make things up. Helper is built differently: it first finds the relevant fragments in the connected knowledge base, and then answers only from them. This approach is called RAG, retrieval-augmented generation.
- Does not make things up. If the answer is not in the knowledge base, the assistant says so.
- Searches by meaning, not by matching words.
- Updates without retraining. When a document changes, the answers change too.
Lucy
Your secretary in WorkZeal: she translates into any language, makes the text of emails, deals, tasks, and chats clear and tidy, answers work-related questions, and gathers information from the web. She is opened with the ✨ button in the top bar and the AI button in the message editor.
Lucy does not advise on how WorkZeal itself works. Zeela is there for that.

Helper
Note
Helper is in development. You can already see how it works by looking at Zeela, our own Helper.
Helper is an assistant that answers your customers in chat at any time of day: prices, availability, lead times, terms. You connect the sources (a help center, external services, files with price lists and policies), and Helper finds the relevant fragment and answers strictly within the knowledge base.
"Helper" is the name of a type of assistant, not a personal name. You will name your own assistant yourself, choosing the name your customers will know it by.
Zeela, our Helper
We connected Helper to this help center and named it Zeela. She works as the WorkZeal technical support assistant: when asked "how do I merge duplicates?" or "where do I set up access rights?", she finds the right section, gives a short and to-the-point answer, and provides a link to the article.
Ask Zeela a question and you will see how your Helper will answer your customers: the same way, only from your materials and under the name you give it.

Insider
Takes the first step in sales for you: on a schedule, it searches the internet for companies that match your customer profile (industry, city, size) and adds them to the CRM with a Tax ID, email, and phone number, with no duplicates. From there, automation picks up the work: the first email, a task for the manager, a status change.

MCP server
WorkZeal connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other AI tools via the Model Context Protocol. Ask and give instructions in plain words, and the model will find, create, and update what is needed in companies, deals, tasks, finance, and email. The model has the same rights as the user who connected, and access is revoked with one click in Settings → API.
