AI agent
The agent takes over routine work: it works with tasks and data according to defined rules, without a human involved at every step.
Insider
![]()
Insider takes the first step for you: it searches the internet on its own for companies that match your customer profile (industry, city, size) and adds them to the CRM with a Tax ID, email, and phone number, with no duplicates. From there, the familiar trigger-based automation takes over: an email, a reply, a task, a new status.
| Step | Who does it | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Agent | Searches for companies and adds them to the CRM |
| 2 | "New company" trigger | Sends the first email using the outreach template |
| 3 | The client clicks the "Interested" reaction button, and the incoming message gets a tag | |
| 4 | Tag trigger | Creates a task for the manager with an assignee and a due date |
| 5 | Tag trigger | Changes the type and status: Potential client → Client in progress |
How the work is organized:
- On a schedule: every morning at 9:00 AM or once an hour, the agent runs the scenario on its own, and you do not need to click anything.
- Every step in the log: you can see what the agent found, what it added, what it skipped, and why.
- The same result every time: the scenario is saved, so only the data changes, while the order of actions and the format of the result stay the same.
- The agent and triggers share the work: the agent searches, checks, and selects, while emails, tasks, and statuses are left to automation.
