Warehouse and Products
The product directory and inventory management live side by side: in "Products" you maintain the directory of items and prices, while "Warehouse" shows how many of those items you actually have, where they came from and where they went.
Inventory management is enabled with the Settings → Directories → Products → Warehouse mode toggle, and it determines what you see:
| Warehouse mode | Which sections are available |
|---|---|
| Off | Only Products: the catalog of items and prices, without stock tracking |
| On | A full warehouse: Products with stock balances, Stocktaking, Turnover and Reservations |
If you don't need inventory management, you can leave the toggle off; the product catalog works on its own.

Stock balances, reservations and product movements, receipt and expense notes, transfers between warehouses, stocktaking and the turnover sheet.
Products
The directory of items, prices and the use of products in documents and deals.
