Fields and appearance
(This article is currently being edited )
Go to Settings - Web forms - Add.
You will see three tiles. Let's start with "Fields and appearance"
Enter any form name (just a name for the form) and click Add.
Tip
You can create several forms for each page of your website, and you can have several websites too.
Fields
At this step, you build the list of fields that will be present in the form, and their order.
For example: Contact name, Phone, Email, Company name.
Mark which fields are required by switching the toggle to the green position, or turn it off to make them optional.
To delete a field, click the trash icon.
Click Continue to go to the next step, Appearance

Form appearance
You can set:
- Colors of fonts, borders, the button, etc.
- Rounding of the form corners and whether the border is visible
- Field names
- Font size, etc.
On the right, you can see what your form will look like.
To rename field labels, place the cursor in the required field right on the form and enter your own name.
If necessary, you can enable reCAPTCHA spam protection. To do this, switch the toggle to the green position.
Click Continue.

Embed code for the website
In the Specify consent to personal data processing field, you can turn on the toggle and specify a link to the document.
Note
Take care in advance to place a file on your website (or another resource), or create a ready-made page with the text of the consent to data processing. Once everything is ready, simply specify the link to your document in the form settings. (if necessary)
Working with several forms on one page.
If you plan to place several forms on one page of your website, specify a sequence number for each new form.

Note
You can place up to 5 forms on one page of your website. Another 5 on another page, and so on. There is no limit on the number of websites/landing pages. A form cannot be duplicated on the same page.
Form position on the website is the positioning of the form on your website page: right, left or center.
Note
If, while the website is live, you decide to change something in the web form, simply open the form settings in WorkZeal, make the changes and save. All changes take effect on your website automatically

Copy the generated code and place it on your website.
Note that you can also copy a direct link to the form and share it directly, for example on social networks: you can add the link to a social media post, send it in a messenger, and so on.
This is convenient if you don't have a website but want to structure the flow of your clients through a form.
Warning
Important: Please don't forget to save the settings.

Tip
What if, over time, you decide to change the data collection parameters in the web form? For example, remove the email field or, on the contrary, add one? Simply make the changes in the form settings in WorkZeal. Nothing needs to be changed on the website; everything 🦄 changes automatically.
