Temporary assistant
During the trial period, you can connect the Temporary assistant to your database. This is not AI but access for a real person, our specialist: they sign in to your database as the "Temporary assistant" user and work in it together with you. The specialist will:
- collect and analyze the tasks of your business;
- discuss the details of your work with you;
- set up WorkZeal for you;
- hold a video consultation;
- answer questions about how WorkZeal services work.
How to enable it
The assistant is already in the list of users of your database, but it is turned off.
- Open Settings → Users, the Users tile.
- At the top, switch the Active toggle, and the deactivated users will appear.
- Turn on the toggle in the Temporary assistant row.
- Let us know that you have enabled the assistant: in the chat on the website workzeal.com/contact or by email at support@workzeal.com.
When you no longer need help, turn off the same toggle, and the specialist's access to the database will be closed immediately.
Warning
Do not change anything in the Temporary assistant card: not the full name, the email, the login, or the access group. Only turn the toggle in the list of users on and off, otherwise the specialist will not be able to sign in to your database.
