Access rights
Note
To open the settings, you need the appropriate permission level. If you do not have it, contact a user with full rights 👑

How permission levels work: what an employee can see, what they can change, and what they can delete. The video covers:
- how to add a user and grant them access rights;
- how to create a list of company departments;
- how to create an access group;
- how to configure the rights: view, edit, delete.
How to assign rights
Rights are not granted to each employee individually but through access groups: you add a user and select a suitable group for them.
The list of groups is in Settings → Users, the Access groups tile. Here you can:
- select a ready-made group from the list;
- take a ready-made group and adjust it to your needs;
- create a new one.
There is no limit on the number of groups.
Indicators
Next to each section there is an indicator that shows whether access is restricted:
- green: there are no restrictions for the section;
- yellow: restrictions are set for one of the items in the section.
Two toggles for each rule
Inside a section, the rights are arranged in rows, and each row has two toggles: the first is view, the second is edit. If both are off, the rule does not apply. This way you can give an employee viewing without editing, editing without viewing other people's records, or both.

The rows describe which records the rule applies to: the employee is the responsible person, the curator, or the author of the record, or the records belong to the selected department or type. Permissions for the trash and for exporting to Excel are listed separately. A breakdown of the rules in the "Clients" section is in the Clients article.
Alert
Decide separately who should be allowed to delete records to the trash, empty the trash, export clients to Excel, and create new fields and directories. It is best to turn these options off for everyone except one responsible employee.
Changes to access groups take effect after signing in to the application again.
What to do with access rights and clients when an employee leaves is described in the Users article.
