Filters

Note
The application comes with default (ready-made) filters, and you can also create your own filter scenarios in any of the sections and tabs.
Filters on the Dashboard
The tiles on the "Dashboard" tab are also filters, only pre-built ones: a criterion and the number of records that match it. You can create your own tile, and its conditions are set in the same way as described below. How the tab works is covered in the Dashboard article.
Filters inside a section
Each module already has built-in standard filters - They are fully filled with color.
In addition to the existing ones, you can create your own filters. To do this, click Filters and then +, or open Filters - manage filters and then +
Click + Enter your filter name. Select a color. This color will be visible in the List view. Define the condition for the filter: AND / OR.
AND is a strict way of building the list according to the set conditions. Only if both conditions are true will AND build the list. If not, then it will not 😂.
OR is the combined list of all the set conditions. One of several conditions is true.
A filter can have many conditions
Tip
If you did not find the parameter you need for a filter, let our support team know at support@workzeal.com. All user ideas and suggestions shape future releases.

Database section - select the module you need from the list. For example, Finance.
Data field - select from the list (it changes depending on the selected section). For example, the income category
Condition - by selecting "One of", you pick everything you need from the suggested list. One or more parameters. In this case, the list will be built by any of the selected parameters.
Condition - by selecting "Equals" you cut off everything else and pick only one parameter.

Condition - by selecting "Contains". This means that the criterion contains a fragment of the expression. For example, if you search for New, the search will include the cities New York and Newark
Condition - "Range From and To" applies to search dates.
Tip
The filter management list has a toggle: Available to everyone. If you turn the toggle on, the new filter will be shown to all users; if the toggle is off, your filter is visible only to you.
After you have created your filter, it will be available for selection in the lists via the Filter button. Click it and select the one you created or another (default) one

Filter by tag
To filter the list by one or several tags, click Tags at the top and click the ones you are interested in. The system will then show only the records that have the tags included in the filter assigned to them.
Filter by responsible person
Similarly, to filter the list by responsible person, click Responsible at the top and click the ones you are interested in. The system will then show only the records where the responsible persons included in the filter are set.
Filter by fields
In each module, you can set a quick filter by the fields: Type, Status, and Responsible.
To do this, click the icon
in the data with columns and select the values
