Export
There are 2 ways to export data from the application.
- From the application using the Export feature
- Using the API
Note
To access Export, you need the appropriate rights.
Do not worry, the system will warn you that you do not have the rights with the following message.
Warning
Attention! You do not have sufficient access rights to export data to external sources. Please contact your system administrator to have the rights granted.
Export
In each section of the application, in Settings, via the ... button, then Export
Note
The data export will be performed according to the filters that are enabled on your screen.
Clients section
Clients
You can select the columns you need, check them, and then click the Download button
Contacts / Contact persons
To export, switch the menu from Clients to Contacts
In this option, you can export information including the data on contact persons inside the client card: full name, job title, phones/email, and so on (inside the client card)
Additionally select the columns you need and click the Download button.
Tip
Similarly, you can export data from the list of tasks, deals, documents, and finance.
API
The WorkZeal API is designed for exchanging data between WorkZeal application databases and external clients.
