Trash
The trash collects deleted records from all modules and is located in the settings, the Trash section. Inside, it is divided into modules: Clients, Tasks, Deals, Documents, and others.
Warning
Access to the trash is configured in the access rights. We recommend granting it only to the database administrator.
Go to the module you need, for example, Clients. The list shows what was deleted, when, and by whom: Deletion date, Type, Responsible, and Deleted by. Use this data to find the record you need in order to restore it or delete it permanently.

Restoring from the trash
| Method | What to do |
|---|---|
| One record at a time | Click the restore arrow on the right side of the row |
| As a list | Check the boxes for the records you need or the entire list and click Restore in the top panel. The button shows the number of selected records |
The records return to their module in their original form, together with the entire contents of the card.
Emptying the trash
| Method | What to do |
|---|---|
| One record | Click the trash icon on the right side of the row |
| All records of the module | Click Empty trash in the top panel and confirm the action |
Alert
After the trash is emptied, the records are deleted permanently and can no longer be restored.
Deleting to the trash
Records are sent to the trash from the modules themselves. You can delete data:
- from the module list;
- from a tab inside another card. For example, open a client card, go to the Documents tab, and delete a record using the trash icon.
What happens to the contents of the card
The card is deleted together with everything stored in it. If you delete a client, the records linked to it also go to the trash: tasks, deals, documents, correspondence, files, and the history of this card.
Restoring works the same way: when you bring a client back from the trash, everything that was inside the card comes back with it.
