Ad campaigns
An ad campaign is a directory entry that links your advertising to clients in the CRM. Each campaign has a readable name and a technical name, utm_campaign. When a client comes to your website through a link with this tag and submits a request through a web form, the Marketing tab of their card shows which campaign worked.
Campaigns are the first step. Next, you build UTM tags for each campaign: a separate link for each ad platform and ad type.
What you can do
- Add a campaign
- Find a campaign in the list
- Disable a campaign you no longer need
- See which campaign brought in a client
How to add a campaign
-
Open Settings → Marketing → Ad campaigns.
-
Click Add.
-
Fill in two fields:
Field What to enter Campaign name A name that makes sense to you and makes the campaign easy to find in the list, for example, "Spring sale 2026" utm_campaign A unique technical name in Latin characters, without spaces, for example, spring_sale_2026. This is the value that goes into the ad link -
Click Add. The campaign is saved and appears in the list.

Tip
Agree on a single naming rule for utm_campaign, for example, topic_month_year. This makes campaigns easier to compare in reports, and nobody has to guess what test2 means.
Campaign list

| Element | What it does |
|---|---|
| Active / All | By default, the list shows only active campaigns. Switch the toggle to All to see disabled ones too |
| View | Campaigns are shown as tiles; the list icon on the right switches them to a table |
| Campaign toggle | Enables and disables the campaign, see below for details |
Disable a campaign
When a campaign has ended, turn off its toggle. It disappears from the list of active campaigns and from the selection when you create UTM tags. If you need it again, turn the toggle back on.
Warning
You cannot delete a campaign: clients who came through its links are already linked to it. Instead of deleting a campaign, you disable it.
Which campaign brought in a client
If a client submitted a request through a web form after following a tagged link, the campaign data is added to their card automatically, on the Marketing tab (see Client card). The same tab also shows the traffic source and ad type from the UTM tags.
Summary reports on campaign effectiveness are available in Marketing analytics.
