Customer journey
A funnel from website visitor to payment. The stages are collected from different sources: web analytics, clients, tasks, deals, documents, and finance. Between the stages you can see the share of records that moved on to the next step. The report highlights the bottleneck, the stage where you lose the most. You set up the stages in a wizard and can save several configurations.

ABC analysis
Who and what brings in the money. Products or clients are sorted by revenue and split using the Pareto principle: A is the first 80% of revenue, B is the next 15%, and C is the remaining 5%. Above the groups there is a conclusion in real numbers, for example "12 of 140 products bring in 80% of revenue."
XYZ analysis
How much you can count on that money. For each product or client, the report calculates the variation of monthly revenue: X is up to 10%, steady demand; Y is 10 to 25%, fluctuating demand; Z is above 25%, irregular demand. You need a period of at least two months; the default is one year.
What ABC and XYZ have in common
- The Products / Clients switch sets the dimension of the analysis.
- The Report settings wizard: where to take line items from (documents or deals) and what counts as payment (the record status or income in finance). The settings are saved individually for each employee.
- A line at the bottom of the report explains why its total differs from income in finance.
- Data is shown according to your access rights level.
